A kind of atom smash of beer flavors. This is a strangely successfull mixture of flavors that seem to be pale ale and chocolate stout slammed together. It sounds a little weird but it works...quite well.
What Should You Do With It? Praise the Beer
I love the chili adjunct. I am a big fan of pepper beers. I have had several in the past couple months that were awesome. This is one of favorites of this small but growing genre.
For me, this is about as smooth and gentle as a stout gets. It is not over ridden with coffee, chocolate, smoke, or anything else. That may be a compliment in your mind and it may not. But I like Big Slick more than a little.
Being a long time drinker of "the Dust," it is finally time I sat down and talked about this wonderful pale ale. Is it as good as the hype? Hmmm...maybe...
A powerful punch in the face stout. If this beer's flavor was a medieval weapon, it would be a battle axe.
Crisp, clean, sharp, sweet, clear, interesting, drinkable, flavorful, refreshing… Pick a positive beer adjective and it will probably fit. Dogfish is flirting with pilsner perfection.
An extremely interesting IPA with impeccable balance. So complex, it is almost exhausting to drink…but get your rest, you IPA lovers need to try this one. It is try, drink, love, repeat.
A nice flavored malty IPA that attempts to capture the history of the Grateful Dead in a bottle. Honestly there is a little sinsemilla flavor going on here.
Tall cute can holds a beast of an IPA. Fragrant, flavorful and strong...it hits on all cylinders and will run your ass over.
Damn good, refreshing IPA that has a lot to love. Surf's up on this West coast IPA
