I love the chili adjunct. I am a big fan of pepper beers. I have had several in the past couple months that were awesome. This is one of favorites of this small but growing genre.
What Should You Do With It? Praise the Beer
Lagunitas calls it a fractional IPA. That is actually a great description. It is not an IPA but is actually a shadow or a shard of an IPA, and really not overly successful in the effort.
What Should You Do With It? Drink the Beer
A comparatively smooth IPA with an interesting almost creamy body. This is a nice IPA that offers a lot of positives but does not quite keep up with the heavy hitting IPA's on the top of my list.
What Should You Do With It? Consider Trying the Beer
An extremely interesting IPA with impeccable balance. So complex, it is almost exhausting to drink…but get your rest, you IPA lovers need to try this one. It is try, drink, love, repeat.
Tall cute can holds a beast of an IPA. Fragrant, flavorful and strong...it hits on all cylinders and will run your ass over.
Damn good, refreshing IPA that has a lot to love. Surf's up on this West coast IPA
This is a wonderful IPA with a lot of complexity but a smooth and rich drink-ability. It is hard to order something over 60 Minute when it is on tap.
An exceptional IPA with a lot of character. Sculpin is a beer that defines a genre.
A really nice beer that is easy to drink, delicious, and perfectly balanced. My guess is that if you claim to like IPA's you cannot find much to dislike about this one.
I am a lover of IPA's and this one is on the top of my list. This is a delicious journey through hop-land and I am on board.
